Lexi
Food concierge + Owner of South Fork + Spoon
Lexi Stolz is the Owner of South Fork & Spoon, a Food Concierge Service specializing in menu planning, local produce, home-stocking and personal grocery shopping. After launching in 2014, Lexi realized that it wasn’t just her client’s who craved the convinience of locally sourced and delivered food. Partnering with ANGO was a perfect way for South Fork & Spoon to expand it’s services and meet a broader market of weekenders. “I really want everyone to enjoy and appreciate the land that surrounds us and to eat local, organic and fresh-made food. I noticed that this is really challanging to most Friday travelers since the farmstands and cookshops close around 6pmon Friday nights. Our solution was to source our favorite local foods, curate authentic Hampton’s menus, partner with a farm-to-table chef (Louisa!) and have these platteres delivered right to your kitchen table.” - Lexi Stolz
Louisa
The chef + owner of Ango, NYC. Partner
Louisa Young is the founder of Ango NYC, a farm to fork catering company based in NYC. Since launching in January 2013, Ango has remained committed to providing their clients with seasonally inspired and customized culinary events. The partnership with Lexi and South Fork and Spoon happened organically and as the perfect complement to Ango’s existing services. “There is nothing better than eating local and knowing where your food comes from. Lexi 100% subscribes to this and provides her clients with the opportunity to enjoy the bounty and beauty of Long Island at their own table. My jaw still drops everything I drive East, I’m completely in awe with the abundance of local farms and the epicurean enthusiasm of this community!”
Yeap, These ladies rock!
